C&H Precision has cemented a reputation for themselves as the premier slide-milling and “optic fitting” company in the firearm industry for a number of years now. In the past year though, they have looked to expand upon that considerably with optics of their own and supplementary products like those from Paragon, and their Weapon Light Cleaner, which they now own, too.

Last August, C&H Precision was able to achieve a majority stake in Paragon. This was a strategic move to slowly and methodically grow the C&H family of companies. Now, as of June 2024, C&H Precision has completed the acquisition and assumes full ownership of Paragon. Here’s what C&H Precision has to say:
“Richmond Hill, Georgia – July, 2024 – C&H Family of Companies is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of Paragon, a highly regarded firearms cleaning solution company based in Florida. The entity also owns C&H Precision, a prominent player in the firearms industry, and will continue to look for strategic acquisitions in the same and adjacent markets.
“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our ongoing growth and expansion within the firearms sector,” said Buck Holly, Founder & CEO of C&H Precision Family of Companies. “We are eager to integrate Paragon’s innovative products and expertise into our operations, which will undoubtedly strengthen our market position and enhance our ability to serve our customers.”
