The American military rifle experts at Fulton Armory just released a new version of the M21 sniper rifle. It complies with all applicable rules for CMP vintage sniper matches. Keep reading for all the details.

CMP @ TFB:

The CMP recently added a new class of rifles to the vintage sniper matches. This added a list of rifles that were in service from 1954 through 1976, which obviously includes guns from the Vietnam War. One of those options is the XM21 rifle with “USAMTU accurizing modifications” equipped with a Redfield Accu-Range 3-9x or Leatherwood ART scope.

Fulton Armory already has a reputation for building match-grade M14 clones, and they are now selling a turnkey rifle for these matches. It comes ready to rock with a Hi-Lux reproduction of the Redfield scope on a properly-installed mount. Fulton guarantees 1.5 MOA with Federal Gold Medal Match ammo, which is pretty impressive for this kind of rifle. Prices start at $3,765 and there are a variety of customization options available.

From the manufacturer:

“NEW for 2025! The Fulton Armory M21 Sniper Rifle is built to comply with CMP Vintage Sniper Match Rules 7.2 Class B for the M21 rifle. Built around our proven Enhanced Service Rifle platform. Includes a 2 point Leatherwood ART type scope mount with split rings. Each is individually fitted by a partnership with Iron Site LLC using genuine Leatherwood components. This custom mount allows the use of more conventional scopes used in sniper matches. Also included is the new Mk2 M40 3-9x40mm reproduction scope from Hi-Lux Optics. Featuring new stainless steel upgraded turret components, scope saddle and eyepiece housing as well as a thinner cross wire reticle. This iconic rifle answers the needs of demanding competitors.”
