Kaliber Tech’s unique gas-operated KT10 Longbow was on display at SHOT Show 2026. This gas gun is compatible with hot rod cartridges like the .300 WSM and 6.5 PRC. Keep reading for all the details.

SHOT 2026 @ TFB:

The KT10 Longbow looks like a large-frame AR at first glance. But a closed examination reveals that the magazine is actually AICS pattern rather than a regular AR10 or SR25 magazine. This offers great feeding with these wide cases with sharp shoulders, which have had issues in other magazine styles in the past. These magazines also offer the longest cartridge OAL possible. The KT10 has a standard AR-style charging handle as well as a right-side handle on the bolt. An adjustable gas block comes standard. In addition to the 6.5 PRC and .300 WSM chamberings that came first in the KT10, it can also be ordered in 6.8 Western, 7mm SAUM, or 270 WSM. Kaliber Tech offers 20, 22, or 24-inch barrel options.

There are two main variants of the KT10. The standard model has a steel barrel, Magpul PRS stock, and an MSRP of $4219. The carbon fiber model features a lightweight carbon-wrapped barrel and carbon fiber stock unit to keep weight down without losing strength. In the full carbon fiber configuration, the KT10 weighs about ten and a half pounds with optics and a suppressor. The KT10 Longbow Carbon Fiber retails for $5099.

People who prefer to set the rifle up with their preferred parts also have the option of buying a builder’s kit, featuring a receiver set with barrel, bolt carrier group, and magazine. Simply add your handguard, grip, stock, muzzle device, and trigger of choice. Builder kits start at $1899 without a barrel up to $2999 with a carbon fiber barrel.
