Two new silencers made in collaboration with Cheytac were on very prominent display in Radical’s booth. Two Cheytac rifles, one gold-plated, welcomed visitors to the booth and showed the new silencers on their intended hosts. These suppressors come in both .375 and .408 bore diameters, so they can accommodate the rounds that everyone associates with the M200 Intervention rifle. Another design option is a muzzle brake on the front end of the silencer, as shown on the gold-plated rifle. Cheytac also owns some intellectual property for an internal muzzle brake which is built inside these suppressors.
Internally, these suppressors use helical baffles. That advanced design is possible because they are 3D printed out of Haynes 282, an advanced material used in rocket engines. It boasts extreme durability and heat tolerance. The internal geometry is more effective the higher the bore pressure gets, so it is ideal for hefty rounds like those used in the Cheytac rifles. These silencers are in production now and are sold exclusively through Cheytac.
